- 1 cup Flax seeds
- 1 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Grind up flax and chia seeds with a coffee grinder or blender and add to the bowl.
- Finely chop the onion, mince the clove of garlic and add the salt to the bowl. Add the tamari or soy sauce.

- Add the water until you reach a sticky consistency, and the mixture wants to form a ball in your hand.
- Place in your dehydrator and even out the mixture by using a spatula. It should be at least 1 cm in thickness, so it won't fall apart once it's dehydrated.
