Why you don’t really own your own property
Normally, people don’t seem to question the world they live in. Our day-to-day living ‘requirements’ are accepted as being a normal way to live our lives. So normal that they become hidden in plain sight. You’ve paid the mortgage, the car registration, kept up with bills and of course filled out your child’s birth certificate. You work 9 to 5 to earn money for survival, pay your taxes, pay the rates, fill in paperwork and vote. You do all the ‘right’ things.
Whether we do these things in agreement or not, the core issue will always remain: we didn’t get to make the ultimate choice. When you look at the bigger picture, you see that they (the corporations) established these requirements, the activities and the actions.
When we unintentionally forfeit (through fraud) our free will and unalienable rights to an authority above us, it has a major impact on our livelihood – our true prosperity, health and wellbeing, our spirituality.
Some may not agree. These ordinary requirements that we do may be quite fine and acceptable. In their opinion, there may not be anything wrong with the state of the world. If this is true for you, then there is no need to continue reading this article. Please move on as this topic doesn’t need evaluating any further.
If, however, you do see something wrong with the state of the world and feel forced or imprisoned by many of the day-to-day requirements of living and functioning in society, then this article may be helpful. Hopefully it will be an eye-opening read – if you are new to this way of looking at the world we live in.
So, what is hidden?
In a nutshell, it’s the fact that we don’t own our property. When they own you and your property, they can tell you what to do with it.
When we sign away our names, accept any agreement or pay anything under duress, we have automatically given away our power, our rights, our entitlement and our ownership. Remember that whoever bestows is the one in control. People may presume they own their own house, car, even themselves and their own family. In fact, this is not so in the eyes of corporate schemes and corruption.
You see, there is power in words and their meanings and corporations use words on purpose to trick, confuse and distort the truth. The law relies on these words (legalese), especially since they can be altered, changed, and evolve over time to suit their agendas. They rely on words and our ignorance to con us. They enforce their own made-up laws onto the people. It’s fraud to the highest level.
This is so insidious it has become normal, accepted and commonplace. Simply using money as a means of trading, which is printed by the reserve bank, means you are accepting and agreeing to their terms and conditions. Simply paying your rates each year, which are unlawful and forced under duress, is unwillingly giving away your power. Paying registration on your car means the corporation now owns it and has the right to stop you and your vehicle on public roads anytime they choose.
We all unknowingly or knowingly sign our rights away to corporations. Signing a birth certificate automatically puts you into a slave position under the master (the corporation), which you signed yourself over to through paperwork. Just being an innocent bystander, living and functioning in an ordinary life means you will be surrogating your power to a corporation somewhere along the line.
If ever you find yourself doing something against your own will via force, harassment, fear or duress, then you automatically know that you don’t have control of what you own.
What happened to our inalienable rights? What happened to the true and authentic god having dominion over its creation?
Although I have known of this corruption for quite a while, my quest in this article is to find the actual truth and hopefully empower you, the reader. This is what I discovered…

The corporate mask
It’s easy to think that corporations are usually just big retail giants like Sony or Nike. But did you know that government is also corporation? So is anyone who registers themselves under them. There are many other organisations that you wouldn’t ordinarily think were registered as a corporation, such as the federal reserve bank and most religions. The truth of the matter (in accordance with their man-made laws) is that when they register, the corporate name now becomes an artificial person; something that is not real. 7
The benefits? When they sign themselves under a corporate banner, their corporation now acts like an umbrella for protection. Now the ‘living’ members of the corporation can be unlawful, and usually (but not always) will not be liable for any repercussions incurred. The corporation now carries the consequences forward.
Signing your name on a birth certificate
Through fraud and deception, the major corporations have turned us into corporate entities through our birth certificates. Why? Because they know they cannot violate a living and breathing person under the natural god. So, we sign away our rights through the process.
When you sign your name or your child’s name on a birth certificate, you are creating a ‘person’. It signifies that the corporation in control will control everything your ‘person’ will ever do. Your children also become wards of the state and you are just their minder. In legalese terms, a ‘person’ or ‘individual’ is not a living or breathing man or woman, but rather an entity without any rights.1 Even applying for a passport means you are now the property of the government that issues it.2 They deliberately sign your name in ALL CAPS to create a ‘straw-man’. This ‘straw-man’ is now turned into a corporate image. So, now that you are no longer (re)presenting yourself as the living entity, they can enslave you!6
So, supposedly we don’t own ourselves anymore, as we have signed our rights away to this artificial ‘person’ via our certificates. It’s no wonder the powers that be can tell you what you must do with your children, creating vaccination rules and schedules, and dictating what is allowed and not allowed in terms of medicine and healthcare. With power over the people, they can ban anything that is beneficial and make blanket rules for everyone upon their choosing, whether we individually agree with them or not.
The problem begins when we, or our parents, sign our rights away either out of fear, ignorance or duress.
You don’t really own your own land
You own your own land, right? On the surface maybe. You may reside on your own property; you can sell it anytime you choose, you can build on your own land – just. But look at it this way. Firstly, you don’t possess the title of land but rather the certificate (receipt) of ownership, which means something other than you owns your property. Secondly, you are forced to pay rates on your own land. If you don’t your land may be possessed and sold by the local government and/or you may be thrown into jail. Thirdly, you don’t really have any authority to build whatever you like on your own land. You must go through hoops and heaps of paperwork just to get ‘approval’ from those who bestow. Hmmm, does this really sound like we have true ownership of our own land?

You don’t really own anything you register, including your car and even your pet!
When you sign paperwork for your car or driver’s license, you are giving the state complete control over your property. There are always money and taxes involved where corporations are involved, which is always under duress (unless you don’t mind paying their bills) and is never transparent. We are told the money goes to building the roads, but does it really? Can we trust where our hard-earned cash goes to once it goes into the black hole?
When you have a car and license registration, you have forfeited your rights to police enforcement, rules and regulations.3 So, as a registered driver on public roads you have allowed police and other authorities to have complete control over your property – yourself and your vehicle.
But wait, don’t stop there. Your pet is not even yours! Once again, when you register or micro-chip your ‘darling’, it ends up becoming their ‘darling’ to do as they wish. Now the pieces of the puzzle are coming together. No wonder they can enforce, upgrade and change any law they like; because you don’t own your own self, your car, your kids or even your pets!
Marriage licenses? Getting married means that you are asking the government for permission and acceptance. Shouldn’t these personal decisions be an inalienable right – something we should be able to decide without a corporation’s interference and approval?

The lawful definition of a license is, “A permit to do that which, without the license, would be illegal to do”. In other words, the government makes something that was lawful to do, illegal. Then they tell you that if you pay the government money (a bribe), then they will turn their backs and give you a permit that allows you to break the law that they just said was illegal to do! All licenses issued by the government are ungodly.
A license is just another form of taxation. By requiring a license, the state is claiming complete control and ownership over a disciple’s life, liberty, and property. The only purpose of a license is to regulate commercial activity which is subject to the police power.

Your money is really their money
Money is created and bestowed to the people by the banking and governmental corporations. Whoever bestows is in control. So, your money is really their money.
Money, or legal tender, is really a ‘promissory note’. This means that it is a promise to pay for something; you are still indebted to someone and you still owe someone something. Therefore, you don’t own your own property even though you thought you did. You borrowed this ‘debt currency’ to use when trading, but it does not, and will never, grant you true ownership of what you have bought. 4
Also, the reserve bank prints paper money which, these days, holds no intrinsic value because it is no longer backed up by commodities like it used to be. When money holds no true value, there is a major problem as now it is vulnerable and prone to inflation and the economy collapsing. Nations can, and have, collapsed. Some go bankrupt because of this fiat money system. Some examples are the Venezuelan Bolivar, Zimbabwean Dollar, Argentinian Peso, Icelandic Króna and the Turkish Lira.5
Fiat money is paper currency, backed by nothing of intrinsic value – currency that derives its value solely by the faith placed in it by the people and nations who hold it. Every fiat currency in the history of the world has been devalued by government to the point that it has eventually been rendered worthless.
There is a lot of fraud going on behind the scenes, especially when it comes to the banking system. One example is that they make a heap of money off your mortgage. They are really supposed to pay you (not the other way around) for the profit they receive for loaning them your ‘credit’, the home which you sign your name to.
Instead of loaning you money, they developed a system to loan you your own credit. They are soliciting for you to loan them your home as an asset that they can borrow against and use as collateral.

The buck doesn’t stop there. This fraud is like a virus, permeating almost every area of commerce within society. I strongly advise you to do your own research as the deception goes very deep.

Let’s find a solution
Don’t feel helpless
It is easy to feel a little helpless and overwhelmed when you first open your eyes to the corruption in our world, but this is no reason to give up or feel this way. Rather, it should be a time to rejoice. Once you’ve identified the problem, now the seeds of the solution can be sown – but only if we work together with an uplifting spirit can we take back our power.
Conclusion
Hidden in plain sight – the fraud right in front of our eyes has been normalised. When a corporation is profit and power driven, unavoidably corruption will follow. This deception seems deeply rooted within society and influences most areas of our lives.

All roads, bridges and tunnels are therefore paid for by the Australian People of the Commonwealth and the Australian People therefore own those roads, bridges and tunnel systems!

Many people may state that government charges and taxes are a requirement to build the roads, but apparently the roads have already been paid for via the fuel excise, so where did the rest of the money go?
The major problem is that there is simply no transparency… we don’t really know where all the money that we are being charged through exorbitant amounts of taxes goes.
